Refund & Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
Late Cencellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made within 6 hours or failure to attend the session will result in full charge for the session.
Packages
For multi-session packages (including the Drama School Prep Package), missed sessions without proper notice will be deducted from the package total.
No Refund on Digital Products
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once the e-book has been purchased and delivered. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
